Peter Driml has more than 35 years experience in the construction industry working on major multidisciplinary infrastructure projects ranging in value up to $5B. His proficiency in managing estimating teams has been forged working as Senior and Chief Estimator with construction companies during a 20 year career before establishing Project Support.

Peter has provided advice on over 2,000 infrastructure and mining projects including roads, airports, ports, water infrastructure and major dams. Peter has been Independent Estimator on over 150 Alliances and can bring strong estimating and negotiating skills to any project.

Peter provides ongoing specialist independent costing and delivery advice, including commercial negotiations, for major and complex infrastructure projects. He is adept at reviewing contracts, estimates and projects to evaluate potential issues, risks, cost to complete, along with other project and commercial advice.

Peter specialises in risk management and can provide the necessary risk frameworks and modelling for any project.

Paul Tracey has more than 35 years of experience in the development and delivery of large complex projects both in Australia and internationally. His expertise spans the whole project lifecycle from business case development, procurement, transaction management, to construction management and project leadership to cost recovery and commercial resolution. Paul is well versed in all forms of procurement models, including Construct only, D&C, DBOM, PPP and Alliancing, and has worked in rail, road, building, water and resources sectors.

Paul has been the Project Director on some of Australia’s high profile projects and has been a member of advisory boards on major projects. He has provided strategic advice to various organisations including Government Owned Corporations, Financiers, Private Asset Owners and Constructors regarding project governance, delivery strategy, recovery of distressed projects, project controls, procurement models, organizational structure and risk strategies. Paul has provided Due Diligence for various asset owners on a number of multi billion dollar projects and has successfully led commercial resolution of a number of commercial claims and disputes.

His expertise has been recognized through over 12 industry awards, locally and internationally.
