We're here to help you achieve your project goals.

Independent advice leads to better decisions.

With a wealth of historical construction cost information, our ability to develop accurate market-related cost estimates provides clients with an informed decision making platform to ensure best value is maintained. Coupled with our extensive hands on contract and project management expertise, we are able to add value at every stage of the project life cycle, from concept feasibility through to design, procurement, construction and operations.

We work with both government and private sector clients, and have offices in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. Our dedicated team of project professionals has consistently delivered outcomes for our clients since 2000.

Project Support recently announced a merger with project advisory and delivery consultancy Ranbury. Like us, Ranbury is a fiercely independent consultancy, which means the united company will continue to provide quality, independent advice to our clients.

Our Difference

We provide advice across every stage of the project life cycle, from business case and feasibility to delivery and operations.

Experienced across all project phases, we have an intimate understanding of constructability challenges and truly understand how a project will be built, allowing us to estimate project costs with greater accuracy because we are cost engineers. Our estimators are born from the construction industry and are developed by cost focused construction experienced engineers and project managers who provide invaluable technical insight to projects.

We can lead and develop project feasibility studies to identify the best project solution and procure, monitor and manage projects to ensure project objectives are met.

Project Support conscientiously remains unencumbered from any design and construction responsibilities, freeing us from vested interests and maintaining our independence. This enables us to place our clients’ interests first and foremost through the provision of truly independent advice ensuring our clients project and business objectives are paramount.
